A Sony acaba de anunciar uma nova vers�o do PlayStation 4. Mas n�o, essa ainda n�o � a aguardada vers�o slim do console principal da companhia japonesa. Ainda assim, al�m de possuir o dobro de capacidade de armazenamento interno, o "Ultimate Player Edition" de 1 TB � 10% mais leve e consume 8% menos energia quando comparado a vers�o tradicional.

O console estar� dispon�vel a partir do dia 15 de julho na Europa e alguns pa�ses da �sia. "Oferecendo o dobro de armazenamento do PS4 tradicional, voc� poder� baixar mais dos jogos que ama no seu PS4, ampliar o seu game com mais conte�do adicional e salvar e compartilhar ainda mais de seus melhores momentos do jogo", l�-se na propaganda do blog oficial do PlayStation.

De acordo com a pr�pria Sony, o pre�o de varejo sugerido para essa nova vers�o do PS4 � de US$ 399 (R$ 1.237 em convers�o direta na cota��o atual). What is Ultimate Edition 5.0?  

Ultimate Edition 5.0 was built from the Ubuntu 16.04 Xenial Xerius tree using a combination of Tmosb (TheeMahn�s Operating System Builder), almost completely re-written & work by hand.  Tmosb is also included in this release, allowing you to do the same.  This release IS a Long Term Supported (LTS) release, supported until the year 2019.  This release is most certainly worthy of the Ultimate Edition title.  I have received 0 and I do mean 0 negative feedback!!!
 
Currently I have only built the tip of the iceburg, initiating with a 64Bit Lite based on Mate 1.14.1.  I have full intentions of building a 32 Bit of the same, a Full version based on Gnome, A Gamers Edition, perhaps another Lite version off XFCE and time permitting a �Developers Edition�.  If you can donate it�s appriciated.

A new version of Ultimate Edition is out and ready for download. Version 5.1 is still based on Ubuntu 16.04, but it comes with the KDE Plasma desktop and, as usual, plenty of customisations and eye candy

What is Ultimate Edition 5.1?

Ultimate Edition 5.1 was built from the Ubuntu 16.04 Xenial Xerius tree using a combination of Tmosb (TheeMahn�s Operating System Builder) & work by hand.  Tmosb is also included in this release (1.9.7), allowing you to do the same.  Tmosb 1.9.8 has also been uploaded allowing you to build up to Zesty over 3000 Operating Systems.  This release IS a Long Term Supported (LTS) release, supported until the year 2019.  This release is most certainly worthy of the Ultimate Edition title.  I hate KDE.  No news there, but I believe I spent a ton of time refining it to make our users happy.  Did I mention I hate KDE?  Looks too much like that other Operating System.
