WHAT relevance of the theme of this years Teachers Day of Teacher Education Transformation Generator to the role of educators in improving student excellence?
This theme reminds us of the important role of teachers as generators of education transformation which carries all the governments planned educational planning. They serve not only educate, but to transform national aspirations so as to implement the objectives Teachers Day. To achieve this, teachers need to implement new methods of learning for the future of the country depends on the ability to produce a generation of skilled teachers and cater to the nation. Thus, in conjunction with Teachers Day this year, we gave special attention to improving teachers skills in the areas of information and communication technology (ICT) for their more creative and innovative teaching techniques in addition to having greater knowledge and wisdom. This transformation should be in line with the spirit of unity 1Malaysia conscious. It is the responsibility of all parties, especially teachers in shaping a balance of students who come from different races and descent in the process of forming a unity once their cooperation. I hope that fostered unity in the school continued to be strong and lasting until the practice in the life of society. However, to encourage teachers to strive for excellence in students, the government should keep its promises on education. Last year, the government proposes to reward teachers holds a PhD but not yet implemented. I hope it can be implemented this year. When transformation occurs, the teachers job more complex. What are the main challenges in creating a human teacher is excellent! There is no denying the current developments affecting the character building process, especially among young people. I see the challenge to produce a generation of teachers to balance the spiritual and physical development of information technology is not regulated. Most students can have their own computers and even their understanding of Internet applications beyond comprehension sometimes adults. Unfortunately, most of the negative spread on the Internet. In addressing this problem, teachers must teach students how to filter out negative material. The issue of negative political scenario in the media has an adverse impact on the minds of students, especially newspapers often used as a reference. Students make a statement on the issue appear to be of the conversation and jokes. This situation makes it difficult the task is not easy to get rid of teachers because of the negative elements that apply to them, moreover, if a political issue. How about the discipline NUTP see now, whether it is up to the level of concern? Current Students often do surprise to the public. Students increasingly worrying social problem because they not only bullying or truancy, even rape, killing, injuring people and involved with drugs. Student discipline issues should be taken seriously. However, it is not the job of educators alone. Parents need to act quickly to identify its closest partners for their movement is controlled. This effort to claim the responsibility of all parties that the misconduct can be corrected from its beginning. I also believe that caning helps to discipline the student. This should not be a big issue as long as the user-based implementation of a warning letter to the misconduct to parents. This is important because I do not want teachers to court because of acts outside the boundaries of their faith, while at first to teach. In overcoming the social problems of students, I hope that all parties to consider the best solutions rather than promote this issue. For example, a school for female students is not a step already
