Ubuntu 14 Install Synapse Launcher

For some reason, Synapse "stable" is not available on Ubuntu 14. However the "testing" repo has been working without issue for me and can be installed by running the following commands


sudo add-apt-repository ppa:synapse-core/testing
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install synapse
